Clarisse Tobia is a musician, composer, and teacher currently living near Madison, Wi. She graduated from Illinois Wesleyan University with her B.M. in Vocal Performance in May, 2014, and has since been apart of many Madison area performances. She also gives lessons at The Piano Gal Shop for piano, voice, and music composition.
